Token Amount Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RSC Group Dholera, we aim to provide a transparent and customer-friendly booking process. If for any reason you wish to cancel your plot booking, here’s our policy:

Cancellation Terms

• Customers can cancel their booking within 30 days of payment.
• Cancellations must be made by sending an email to: support@rscgroupdholera.in with your name, phone number, and payment transaction ID.

Refund Eligibility

• Only bookings cancelled within 30 days are eligible for a 100% refund of the token amount (₹10,000).
• If cancellation is requested after 30 days, the token amount will not be refunded.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation request approval.
• The refund will be made to the same account or mode of payment used during the booking.
